Erin's has been my power of attorney since 2021, after losing our home in the Holiday fires. Erin arranged for the sale of our property and vehicle, while working through my complicated family situation. I haven't regretted it once since hiring Erin; she has made up for all the recent hard times I've experienced. Once I hired Erin, she promptly helped me pay all outstanding expenses, as my previous POA allowed my rent and expenses to go unpaid for 2 months. She then arranged a local financial advisor to assist with building my finances with safe investments. She also managed to get my husband’s remaining LTD health benefit’s balance that I was entitled to receive. Lastly, she helped me reconnect with my two sisters and my niece. I was so happy to get to talk with my sister, we chatted for two hours!
As my POA, Erin connected me with a local care agency, who provides weekly caregivers and companionship. The caregivers assist with transportation and interaction for my medical appointments, and provide companionship and some housekeeping. The nurses who have worked with me since Erin connected me with the local care and agency have been really good. Erin recently helped me purchase a new bed topper and cooling pillows, when I mentioned I might need a new mattress due to sleeping issues. These items have been so good for my sleeping, and they were a great financial decision compared to purchasing a new mattress. My overall experience with Erin has been very pleasant.
I don't want to bring a box full of receipts and documentation to Christmas every year to support the decisions I've made on my brother's behalf. I would rather hire Sapphire Resources to handle the financial matters and documentation, so I can focus on my brother and family.

Erin Bonner is one of the only estate sale providers that I’ve worked with in 20 years of business that has the knowledge of the value of so many different items, whether that’s antiques, or specialty items like sports memorabilia.
